Superb historical location, safe neighborhood, free Wi-Fi connectivity
Some noise disturbances from the street can be bothersome!!! Limited power outlet availability in the room was frustrating during my stay!!! Confusing shower operation detracted from the overall experience!!!

Warm welcoming environment from local owners.
I was frustrated by the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which seemed like such an easy addition. At times, the room felt cramped due to limited furniture options. The street noise was annoying, especially at night, disrupting my rest.

A warm welcome awaits you
From the moment we arrived, Joan and Barry made us feel at home. They provided insightful tips on local attractions, and we loved the delicious homemade breakfast each morning.
While everything was delightful, a coffee/tea-making facility in our room would have been a nice touch for late-night cravings.

We had a cracking stay here! Joan and Barry were pure brilliant, offering us top tips on where to dine and sights to see. The breakfast spread was fantastic with an Ulster fry to die for. Only downside was the bed being a touch too soft for our liking.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent local tips, enhancing the experience significantly. The light meals offered were delightful, adding to the comfort of the stay. On the downside, the room lacked a proper office-style table, and the absence of in-room coffee/tea facilities was noted. the experience was marred slightly by these minor inconveniences, but the warm atmosphere and friendly service made it worthwhile.

Unforgettable Stay with Amazing Hosts
I recently spent two nights and had an incredible experience. Joan and Barry made us feel at home right from the start, sharing local tips that enriched our stay. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, while the breakfast options, especially the cooked-to-order Ulster fry, were absolutely delightful! I only wish there had been a coffee-making facility in the room for those late-night cravings.
